I have been a Puppy School tutor for twenty years and have trained a lot of puppies in that time. I have had numerous owners return with new puppies over the years and have enjoyed teaching them all new skills.
Having had many different breeds in my life since childhood, such as Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Terriers, German Shepherds, a rescued Collie cross Labrador , Boarder Collies, and now a lovely Labrador, Bluebell, I couldn’t imagine life without one, as all dogs are great to me.
My interest in animals, inspired me to study Animal welfare, Animal Science and a post graduate degree in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling at Southampton University. This then introduced me to Gwen Bailey, the Founder of Puppy School, where my venture of puppy training started.
As a highly qualified and knowable tutor for many years, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with owners and helping them with their puppies and dogs, so that they have a happy relationship and enjoy life together, as it should be.
I am a member of both the APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers) membership #APDT 00946 and the ABTC(Animal and Behaviour Training Council)

I run various different courses in Warminster, Wilton and Stratford sub Castle on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Some of the older adolescent classes such as SuperPup and Puppy University are run on Thursdays or later times on Fridays.
The Puppy School courses are for vaccinated puppies up to 20 weeks of age and the SuperPup and Puppy University courses, are designed for puppies and older dogs that want more training after completing a puppy course.
The classes are small and intimate with only 5 to 6 puppies/dogs per class and run for 6 weeks for an hour. All the courses are trained using reward based training methods.
